Services Covered
This policy applies to services provided by Porter Williams Group LLC, including Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation, CFO/Financial Advisory, and Tax Advisory services.
How Services Are Delivered
Services and deliverables are typically delivered digitally through our secure client portal and/or via email and scheduled meetings. Deliverables may include financial reports, completed tax returns, advisory summaries, and other agreed-upon work products.
Timing of Delivery
Delivery timelines vary based on service type, complexity, and the timeliness of client responses. Many services require client-provided documents, approvals, and clarifications.
If requested information is not provided in a timely manner, completion and delivery may be delayed.
Payment and Release of Deliverables
Payment is required prior to the release of completed deliverables.
If payment is made by ACH/bank transfer, please note that ACH payments may take several business days to fully process. Deliverables are released once payment has successfully cleared.
For time-sensitive deliverables (including tax return filing and final delivery), we may require payment by card to avoid delays associated with ACH processing.
Installment & Retainer Payments
Certain services may be billed in installments or require an initial retainer. Retainer or installment payments reserve capacity and allow work to begin but do not include delivery of final work products. Final deliverables are released only after the final installment has been successfully processed.
Rush Requests and Deadlines
Expedited work may be available for an additional fee and only when confirmed in writing. Unless explicitly confirmed in writing, we do not guarantee completion by a specific deadline.
Client Responsibilities
To provide services efficiently and accurately, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to requests for clarification within a reasonable timeframe
- Review deliverables when requested and confirm approvals
- Maintain access to the client portal for secure communication and document exchange
Questions, Disputes, and Chargebacks
If you have a question about a charge or service, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and may result in services being paused until the matter is resolved.
